  • Most clients begin noticing results within a few days, with the full effect developing over approximately 1–2 weeks. Results typically last around 3–4 months, although individual results can vary based on factors such as metabolism, muscle strength, treatment area, and how your body responds to Xeomin.

  • The amount of Xeomin you need depends on your facial anatomy, muscle strength, treatment area, and desired result. There is no one-size-fits-all dose.

  • Xeomin typically requires little to no downtime, so most clients can return to their normal daily activities right away. You may have some mild redness or small bumps at the injection sites immediately afterward, which generally resolve quickly.

  • Your specific aftercare instructions may vary, but generally, I recommend keeping the following in mind for the first 24 hours after treatment:

    • Take it easy: Avoid strenuous exercise for the remainder of the day.

    • Hands off: Avoid rubbing, massaging, or putting pressure on the treated areas.

    • Skip alcohol: Avoid alcoholic beverages for at least 24 hours, as alcohol may increase the risk of bruising.

    • Stay upright: Try to remain upright for the first few hours after treatment and avoid lying completely flat.
